Why does this exist?

In over a decade of building agile teams, we know one thing is always core to success and fulfillment.

“The People”

This is a place for teams to move together and employers to skip ahead past icebreakers and right into highly functional teams. Exceptional teams have their own rhythm but unfortunately some really amazing ones are being impacted by extensive layoffs. We want to help them keep the band together.

I have a non-solicitation agreement in place.

It is against our terms of service to breach any active employment agreements. We encourage all teams to check their agreements and honor any commitments there. If you’ve been laid off, your separation agreement likely includes specifics around this as well.

what if we don’t all get offers or offer to every candidate?

You’re not signing anything here that says you must all accept or decline. Each employer will run its process and it's up to each team member to decide if it’s a match. This is a way to easily find top employers who understand the value of teamwork.

What information gets shared?

We respect your privacy and only share an anonymized summary of each team with employers. Interested companies request an introduction that we'll set up if (and only if) your team wants to meet them. If both sides want to meet, we'll provide contact information at that time.

What if we used to be a team but aren’t currently working together?

We welcome teams to reunite using our platform! We do ask that you have direct, working ties together whether as a startup team, corporate team or other active group in the past. Good friends are not the same as good coworkers. Trust us on that one.

Who can i contact with questions or concerns?

We take careers, safety and privacy seriously. Please contact us if a company or team violates our terms of service or makes you feel unsafe. Either way, we’ve got you. hello@keeptheband.com

Your information is only shared as described on this site in an anonymized summary with prospective employers looking to hire a team just like yours.

We wouldn’t have succeeded like we have in this people business without trust and we hold it sacred.
